Low dyeing tension

The specially designed low-position front fabric tank minimizes the height difference between the fabricdelivery wheel and the fabric tank, shortens the distance between them, and reduces the cyclic tension of the fabric during reciprocating movement. The fabric runs under low tension, allowing the fibers to loosen, reducing friction and entanglement between fabrics, minimizing creases, and resulting in smooth fabric surface and good hand feel.

Enhanced fabric relaxation effect for more even dyeing

The specially designed square fabric guiding tube allows the fabric tobe systematically laid out in the tank in a relaxed state, reducing fabric entanglement and friction. Utilizing the jetting effect of the high-lift water pump improves the fabric's color absorption rate and ensures more uniform dyeing.

Wide speed adjustment range

With the square fabric guiding tube, the fabric can be arranged and stacked regularly even athigh speeds. Combined with the control of the fabric delivery motor, the fabric speed can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 50-550 meters/minute. 

Low bath ratio

The unique double-layered inner fabric tank structure facilitates easy liquid discharge, accelerates the circulation speed of the dye liquor, and controls the bath ratio within the range of 1-4.5~5.

Adjustable nozzle gap

The nozzle pressure can be adjusted from 0.5 ~4Kg/m', achieving optimal results by adjusting the gapaccording to different fabrics and processes.
